Always faithful to the traditional fresh milk processing, and to the choice of the best raw materials, Caseificio Curci chose to return to produce mozzarella with natural whey. Although the longer processing time, Caseificio Curci intends to propose a unique flavour product, which contains less lactose and is more digestible. The mozzarella with natural whey does not include citric acid and is a natural product, just like what our fathers ate and made the mozzarella from Gioia del Colle famous.
