Who we are


The Murgia Barese is a land of rocky hills made of pastures, where many farms have found a fertile environment for cattle, sheep and goats rearing from which some local dairy crafts workshops get fresh milk. Among these, Caseificio Curci was born thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder, Mr Francesco Curci, master cheesemaker from Gioia del Colle. Our company offers high-quality products, made by a traditional fresh milk processing and a careful selection of raw materials. In addition to classic dairy products such as mozzarella, ricotta, burrata, stracciatella, scamorza, provolone and cow’s milk cheeses, we produce delicious specialties: fresh cheese stuffed with arugula and cherry tomatoes, scamorza with walnuts, pepper and olives, mozzarella filled with tuna and tomatoes, ham or salmon and sheets of mozzarella stuffed with tomato, salad or ham.

The simple and intense flavours of our dairy products, based on an ancient wisdom, can be perfectly appreciated both alone and as an accompaniment for the traditional cuisine.
